Can I invite you to my event?
Yes — we pay you a store fee to set up. Your guests buy from us directly. You pay us nothing.
What brands do you offer for private orders?
Steers, Debonairs Pizza and Fishaways, plus our own Foot Long Sausage and Batzie Home Brands. You can choose one or mix brands.
Where do you operate for private orders?
Gauteng only — specifically the Benoni and Boksburg area. Contact us to check if we cover your location.
Where do you operate for events?
Gauteng for event sign-ups.
How far in advance must I book a private order?
Minimum 24 hours notice. For large orders (200+ guests), 1–2 days in advance. Payment must be received before we begin preparation.
Is there a minimum number of guests for a private order?
100 guests minimum. Smaller functions are subject to a minimum charge equivalent to 100 guests.
Do we need to provide power?
We prefer venues with power available — it keeps things simple. If your venue doesn't have power, talk to us and we'll discuss backup options.
What's included in the price?
Staff, gas, setup and breakdown.
The Fine Print

Terms & Conditions — Private Catering Orders

  1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  2. Preparation does not begin until the deposit is received. No exceptions.
  3. The balance is due on the day of the event, before service begins.
  4. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the full deposit.
  5. Flame Grilled Events (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (load-shedding Stage 6+, natural disaster, civil unrest). Full refund applies.
  6. Flame Grilled Events (Pty) Ltd is not liable for injury or loss at the event venue.
  7. Quoted prices are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
  8. Final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours before the event.
  9. Private catering orders are available in the Gauteng area only (Benoni & Boksburg).
